Overview

本專案旨在設計一款名為 Youdon App 的行動應用程式,旨在數位化並優化物理治療的流程。透過 Youdon App,患者可以便捷地接收個人化的運動計畫、觀看詳細的教學影片、透過動作辨識功能調整姿勢正確性,並追蹤自身進度。同時,物理治療師也能更有效地開立處方並掌握患者的執行狀況。

This project aims to design a mobile application called Youdon App, intended to digitize and optimize the physical therapy process. Through Youdon App, patients can conveniently receive personalized exercise plans, watch detailed instructional videos, adjust their posture for correctness via a motion recognition feature, and track their own progress. Simultaneously, physical therapists can more effectively prescribe exercises and monitor patients' execution status.

Challenges

  1. 患者記憶痛點: 許多患者在物理治療後,難以完整記住所有運動細節與正確姿勢,導致回家後執行困難或姿勢不正確,影響治療效果。

  2. 治療師追蹤盲區: 物理治療師難以即時掌握患者在家中執行運動計畫的狀況與進度,也無法提供即時回饋,影響治療方案的調整。

  3. 疫情下的遠距需求: COVID-19 疫情導致線下物理治療受限,急需一套可遠端指導與追蹤的數位工具。

  4. 使用體驗問題:

    • 部分運動教學影片僅有單邊示範,影響學習完整性。

    • 核心功能「開始運動」按鈕在設計上不夠顯眼,影響使用流程。

    • 顏色與文字顯示不清楚、對比不足。

  1. Patient Memory Pain Point: Many patients find it difficult to fully remember all exercise details and correct postures after physical therapy sessions, leading to incorrect execution at home and affecting treatment effectiveness.

  2. Therapist Tracking Blind Spot: Physical therapists find it challenging to instantly monitor patients' progress and execution of exercise plans at home, and are unable to provide immediate feedback, impacting treatment plan adjustments.

  3. Remote Demand Amidst Pandemic: The COVID-19 pandemic led to restrictions on in-person physical therapy, creating an urgent need for a digital tool that enables remote guidance and tracking.

  4. User Experience Issues:
    4-1. Some exercise instruction videos only showed one side, impacting learning completeness.
    4-2. The core function's "Start Exercise" button was not prominent enough in the design, affecting the user flow.
    4-3. Colors and text display were unclear with insufficient contrast.

  1. 移除「運動日曆」,改為醒目顯示「最新評估報告」及「疼痛分數趨勢圖」,讓患者能直觀感受自身康復進度。

  2. 策略性地將原本展示「本月總時數」的區塊調整為廣告 Banner,在不影響核心功能的前提下,為潛在的商業拓展預留空間。

  1. Removed the "Exercise Calendar" and replaced it with a prominent display of the "Latest Assessment Report" and "Pain Score Trend Chart," allowing patients to intuitively grasp their recovery progress.

  2. Strategically adjusted the section that originally displayed "Total Hours This Month" to an advertisement banner. This reserves space for potential business expansion without affecting core functionalities.

評估

將最近一筆評估報告常駐顯示,過去評估紀錄在下一層查詢。另外當評估超過14天時,會顯示文字提醒使用者評估。

The most recent assessment report is always displayed, with past assessment records available for inquiry on a secondary level. Additionally, if an assessment exceeds 14 days, a text reminder will appear, prompting the user to conduct an assessment.

關鍵操作動線優化: 將核心的「開始運動」按鈕從頁面底部提升至頂部或更顯眼的區域,確保用戶能一眼識別並快速進入運動流程,提升操作流暢度。

Key Operation Flow Optimization: The core "Start Exercise" button was moved from the bottom of the page to a more prominent area at the top, ensuring users can quickly identify it and initiate the exercise flow, enhancing operational smoothness.

分院持續增加,原本的分院資訊顯示已不符合使用,新設計改以縣市篩選排序,並幫助使用者找到最近的分院。

With a continuous increase in branch locations, the original display of branch information was no longer suitable. The new design now features filtering and sorting by city/county, helping users easily find the nearest branch.

將過往分散在各處的運動紀錄、評估報告等資訊,統一彙整至會員中心頁面,方便用戶一站式查閱個人數據。
